KAUMANA CITY SUBDIVISION, INCREMENT III
P'ONAHAWAI, SOUTH HILO
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E . Pechter,
dated April 6 , 1983, submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works ; also, that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Kaumana City
Subdivision, Increment III, Ponahawai, South Hilo; and that the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Coriveyandes for recordation.
