ALII DRIVE ENCROACHMENT
WAIAHA 1ST, NORTH KONA

From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated April 27, 1983 , informing in quieting title
to the adjoining property, it was discovered that
a portion of the parcel encroached into Alii Drive
and submits for acceptance, the dedication deeds
to convey the encroachment to the County. Informs
• the descriptions have been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works ; also
that,the,portion of roadway being conveyed is
within the Alii Drive right-of-way;
recommends Council accept the Alii Drive encroachment dedication deed,
Waiaha 1st, North Kona; and the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of
Conveyances for recordation.
