Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Res . 619 : INFRASTRACTURE NEEDS
Recommends that federal legislation be enacted to
provide for a survey of our nation's infrastructure
needs of each state, increase appropriations for
these projects , implement effective coordination
at all levels of government and set up a voluntary
system of infrastructure banks to-help finance
these worthy endeavors;
