From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated June 13 , 1983 , submitting for acceptance , the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also , that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Golden Shower
Tree Estates Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo; and that the document
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
