From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated July 19, 1983,
transmitting copy of the project agreement. Also
submits for adoption, resolution authorizing the
Mayor to sign in behalf of the County of Hawaii any
and all documents necessary relative to the project;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 689.
