R es. 690 : BOAT RAMP, BREAKWATER AND PARKING AREA AT KAULANA,
. SOUTH POINT
Urges the Hawaiian Homes Commission, State Department of
Transportation and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to
come to a satisfactory conclusion as early as possible to
satisfy the desires of all parties regarding- the building
of a boat ramp, breakwater and parking area at Kaulana,
South Point, and encumbering the Federal appropriation of
$1. 1 million and the State matching funds of $350, 000;
