Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Res. 691: TWO ONE-ACRE PARCELS ADJOINING THE HAWAIIAN OCEAN VIEW
ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION (HOVECA)
Authorizes and directs the Director of Finance of the
County of Hawaii to negotiate a long term lease with
Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Community Association, pursuant
to Chapter 2, Article 9, Hawaii County Code (Ordinance Nos.
69 , 364 and 819) , with regard to two one-acre parcels
adjoining the HOVECA Community Center (Tax Map Key:
9-2-09-052 Block 29, Lots 14 & 15) ;
