From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
August 15, 1983, submitting for consideration, a
resolution extending the temporary use permit of County
parcel to Davies Hamakua Sugar Company to June 30, 1984
as additional time is needed to renegotiate for the
land exchange and to determine the terms and conditions;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 7209
