Number of -Signs- For planning purposes, approve an average number of 300 litter control signs to be made and installed. 2. Wording and Size of Signs Accept the services of Mr. William Kikuchi, graphic designer, if necessary, to develop sketches for the design of the signs, and refer pictures of anti-litter signs used in Alaska to the administration for consideration in the development of the signs. 3.
