Lai, Chairwoman & Members Committee on Public Works Hawaii County Council Hilo , Hawaii Your Subcommittee on Beautification submits for approval , the following report : Comm. 1341 : BEAUTIFICATION OF OLD KONA AIRPORT ROAD From Helene H. Hale, Chairwoman, Subcommittee on Beautification, dated August 31 , 1983 , regarding the Kona Outdoor Circle' s plans for beautifi- cation of the Old Kona Airport Road. 1341 .1 : From Nancy Frazier, President , Kona Outdoor Circle, dated September 1 , 1983 requesting that the Council allot $9 , 000 from the beautification fund to landscape the Old Kona Airport Road from the entrance of the old airport to Kaiwe Street on the mauka side to West Hawaii Motors on the makai side. They will provide the balance of the total project cost of $14 ,080 .81; recommends the project ect be approved in principle and refer to the P J PP P P Finance Committee for funding. fah. 41.T HELENE H.
