INCREMENT 1-A, NORTH KONA, HAWAII
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Thomas L. H. Yeh , dated
October 5 , 1983 , submitting for acceptance, the subject
dedication deed, pursuant to the requirements of
condition K of Ordinance 820 . Informs the description
has been checked and found to be in order by the
Department of Public Works.
recommends Council accept the Fire Station Site Dedication Deed,
Phase II , Lot 8 , Keauhou Kona Resort, Park Hokulani, Phase I ,
Increment I-A, North Kona, and that the documents be forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
