From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter ,
dated October 26 , 1983 , submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description has
been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works and that the roadway has
been constructed according to County standards.
recommends Council accept the Pohakulani Estates Subdivision Road
Dedication Deed, Waiakea Homesteads, 1st Series, Waiakea, South Hilo,
and that thedocuments be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for
recordation.
