/w Comm. 1430: KALOPA CRITICAL AREA TREATMENT MEASURE
(Res. 805) From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated November
23 , 1983 , recommending the County approve the
co-sponsorhip with the Mauna Kea Soil and Water
Conservation District to alleviate the severe
erosion damage to Kalaniai Road in Hamakua caused by
frequent intense rainfall and transmits a resolution
authorizing the Mayor to execute certain documents
and act as the Contracting Officer on behalf of the
County of Hawaii with authority to delegate his
responsibility;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 805.
