From Dan J. Lutkenhouse, President, Hawaii Tropical
Botanical Garden, dated September 26 , 1983 ,
requesting a variance to construct a 14 square foot
sign near the entrance to their botanical garden.
2- j- 1476 .1: From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated January 18 ,
1984 , informing they have reviewed the subject sign
variance request and recommends approval, based on
reasons, as stated;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Chief Engineer
to approve the sign variance request of Hawaii Tropical Botanical
Garden.
