From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated January 26 , 1984 , submitting for
acceptance, the subject dedication deed. Informs
the description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also that the roadway has been constructed
according to County standards .
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Lehua Heights
Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo, and that the documents be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
