Your Committee on Public Works recommends the following:
iR.es . 876 : KEOPU DRAINAGE CHANNEL PROJECT
Finds that the real property described in
Resolution 606-83 is not necessary for the public use
and purpose of the construction, operation, and
maintenance of a drainage channel for flood control
purposes in the Keopu Heights Subdivision, Keopu,
North Kona, and rescinds said resolution, authorizing
the acquisition of property by means of eminent
domain;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 876 .
