Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred Communication
No . 1576 , reports as follows:
Communication 1576 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a road dedication deed for a segment of roadway in the
Waiakea Hillside Estate Subdivision, IncrementII, located in
Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii ; TMK: 2-4-44:01 and 110.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description of
the roadway has been checked and found to be acceptable. Further ,
the department advises that the roadway has been constructed
according to County of Hawaii standards .
Your Committee on Public Works finds that both the conveyance and the
roadway are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed;
further, that the documents be forwarded to t e Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
