Your Committee on Public Works , to which was referred Communication

No . 1577 , reports as follows:
Communication 1577 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance : (1 ) a sewer easement from the Lanihau Corporation to the
County of Hawaii to construct, reconstruct, install, maintain,
operate , repair and remove the underground sewer pipeline or
pipelines on real estate, described as Easement A, a portion ,of
Lot 1 , and of Lot 5, a part of the Lanihau Commercial Park
Subdivision, Phase I, Lanihau 1st, North Kona, Hawaii ,
TMK: 7-5-04: 10(por. ) ; ( 2) a bill of sale transferring all of a
certain sewer system, installed as part of the subdivision site
improvements , to the County, described as Easement A, a portion of
Lot 1 of the Lanihau Commercial Park Subdivision, PhaseI, Lanihau
1st, North Kona, Hawaii , TMK: 7-5-04:10(por. ) .
The Department of Public Works has checked the descriptions and found
them to be acceptable. The department also advises that the sewage
system which is being transferred to the County has been constructed
according to County of Hawaii standards .
Your Committee on Public Works finds that both the conveyance of
easement and the bill of sale to be proper and recommends acceptance
by the Council; further, that the documents ' e forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
