Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred Communication
No. 1608, reports as follows :
Communication 1608 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a dedication deed for the roadway within the Puainako
Houselots Subdivision, Phase II, located in Wai-akea, South Hilo,
Hawaii ; TMK: 2-4-13:1.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description of
the roadway has been checked and found to be acceptable. Further,
the department advises that the roadway has been constructed
according to County of Hawaii standards .
Your Committee on Public Works finds that both the conveyance and the
roadway are proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed;
further, that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
