Your Committee on Public Works has reviewed the report of its
Subcommittee on Beautification and concurs with its recommendation
that the County Council adopt for implementation, a Litter Rewards
Program which will grant to any adult, 1100 for facts which lead to
the issuance of a citation for littering on County highways. The
committee further concurs and recommends that this program be
implemented on a trial basis ending October 31, 1984 and that 15, 000
be appropriated out of the FY 1984-85 Beautif ° cation Fund for this
program. •
