Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
Communication 1658, reports as follows :
Communication 1658 is a transmittal letter forwarding for acceptance,
a road dedication deed for a segment of roadway in the Kealakekua
Ranch Subdivision, Increment I, Unit I, in Kealakekua, Kona, Hawaii;
TMK: 8-2-02:24.
Your Committee has been advised that the description of the property
has been checked by the Department of Public Works and that the
roadway has been constructed to County of Hawaii standards.
Your Committee on Public Works recommends accep ance of the road
dedication deed and its recordation with the Bur'--;- of Conveyances.
