Your Committee on Public Works, to which was referred Communication
1685 reports as follows :
Communication 1685 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a road dedication deed for a segment of roadway in the
Mt. View Gardens Subdivision, Unit 1-B, Olaa, Puna, Hawaii; TMK
1-8-86 .06(por. ) ; 79-80.
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description of
the subject roadway has been checked and found to be correct.
Further, the department advises that the roadway has been completed
to County of Hawaii standards and is in an acceptable condition for
dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway are
proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its recordation with the Bureau of Conveyances.
