Jour Committee on Public Works, to which was referred
Communication 1729 reports as follows.:
Communication 1729 is a transmittal letter which forwards for
acceptance, a road dedication deed for a segment of roadway in the
Golden Shower Tree Estates, Unit 1-B, Waiakea, .South Hilo, Hawaii;
TMK: 2-4-03 :36 (83-147) .
The Department of Public Works has advised that the description of
the subject roadway has been checked and found to be correct.
Further , the department advises that the roadway, drainage, street
lightning and signing have been completed to County of, Hawaii
standards and is in an acceptable condition for dedication.
Your Committee finds that both the conveyance and the roadway are
proper and recommends acceptance of the dedication deed by the
Council and its recordation with the Bureau of Conveyances .
