1981, transmits for consideration, the Visitor
Appreciation Program submitted by a steering
committee led by representatives of the three
Big Island Chambers of Commerce.
recommends approval of the Visitor Appreciation Program and that
the Administration be requested to provide the funds from existing
appropriations.
