dated May .15, 1981, submits .a request for
Grants-In-Aid of $42, 000 to be used for start-
up costs for an Agricultural Training Program
addressing unmet needs of gap group disadvantaged
youths, the unemployed and underemployed who are
potentially . capable' and interested in pursuing
a career in agriculture.
recommends approval of the HCEOC request for $42, 000 for start-up
costs for an Agricultural Training Program and that Bill 736
be amended to include this amount.
