Attached please find proposed amendments to Bill No. 255,to be numbered and identified
hereafter as Bill No. 255, Draft 2, for your review and deliberation.
A summary of the proposed changes is as follows:
Section 14- . Service of notice; contents.
Under subsection (b) I have added four levels of infestation and the number of days
required to remove the infestation under each level.
I have added a new subsection (c) which states that the written notice from the county
shall include a determination of infestation by the chief engineer, special instructions on
how to eradicate the miconia, and the consequences of noncompliance.
