SUBJECT: Bill No. 13, Draft 3: A Bill for an Ordinance Amending Chapter 20, of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, As Amended), by Adding a New
Article Relating to Reduction of Polystyrene Foam"Styrofoam" Food Containers
and Food Service Ware.
Attached please find Bill No. 13, Draft 3. The Council amended Bill No. 13, Draft 2 with the
contents of Communication No. 107.157 during its July 7, 2017 meeting. A copy of this bill will
be forwarded to the Environmental Management Commission for their review and comment.
