The County should appeal the results for two major reasons: • The verdict was unjust because the jurors were not allowed to hear facts crucial to the defense's case. Had the jury been allowed to hear all the relevant evidence, we believe the outcome of the trial would have been far different. • The amounts of the awards were outrageously high.
