The regular meeting of the Committee on Governmental Relations and Economic
Development was called to order at 10:46 a.m., in the Council Chambers, Hilo, by

CHR. KANUHA: Committee Members, is there any discussion on the minutes of
HSAC (Hawai`i State Association of Counties)? And just briefly, Ms. O'Hara did
recommend that we put in the items that were on the actual minutes for the
agenda. So I went ahead and started doing that for all the upcoming meetings, so
that we can follow closely, exactly what happened. If you have any issues on
how we go through it, just let me know and I can always change it up for next
time.
The motion to close file on Comm. 46.5 was carried by
the following voice vote:
Ayes: Committee Members David, Eoff, Lee Loy,
O'Hara, Poindexter, Richards, Ruggles, and
Chair Kanuha — 8.
Noes: None.
Absent: Committee Member Chung — 1.
Excused: None.
