Re: Notice to amend expiration date of Mr. Milton Pavao's appointment to the
Salary Commission
Dear Councilwoman Poindexter and Council Members:
Please amend the expiration date of Milton Pavao's appointment to the Salary
Commission from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2021. Mayor Kim's nomination
letter dated June 15, 2017 inadvertently showed the incorrect date. Mr. Pavao's
nomination was heard before the Committee on Finance at its July 6, 2017 meeting and
was forwarded with a positive recommendation for confirmation by the full Council at its
July 18, 2017 meeting.
Thank you for your cooperation and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have
caused.
