Re: Agreement with the State of Hawai`i
Enclosed is a resolution to enter an agreement with Ho`opono, Services for the Blind,
. Department of Human Services, State of Hawai`i for a permit for vending machines to be
located at the Department of Public Works, Traffic Division's baseyards in both East and
West Hawai`i.

A. REQUEST:
A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Ho'opono, Services for the Blind,
Department of Human Services, State of Hawaii for Permit for Vending Machines at Department of Public
Works, Traffic Division.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
In accordance with HRS 46-7, we are seeking County Council approval to enter into contract with the State
of Hawaii for a Permit for Vending Machines to be located at the Department of Public Works, Traffic
Division baseyards located in East and West Hawaii.
