These images assist in accurately sending emergency services to the proper location(s). Additionally, these images provide views which depict such characteristics as depth and height for greater functionality. The estimated cost is approximately $1,029,985 for each of three flyovers performed every two years. REQUEST: To enter into a multi-year agreement for six (6) years with Pictometry/Eagleview for digital imagery and associated software to be used to support our E911 system. B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): Since 2007 Pictometry/Eagleview have been providing orthorgonal and oblique digital imagery to the Police Department to support our E-911 services. These images assist in accurately sending emergency services to the proper location. Additionally these images provide views of objects/structures such as height and depth which birdseye type view images are not capable of capturing. These details in the images provide additional information to responding units. The Police Department requests to obtain a 6 year agreement with Pictometry/Eagleview to provide updated digital imagery. The total cost for the 6 year agreement would be $3,089,955.21.
