LABOR HOUSING REPORT - PROVISION OF TEMPORARY QUARTERS
FOR CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEES
From Nobuo Kitsuda, Senior Vice President, Mauna Lani
Resort, Inc. , dated December 23 , 1980 , submitting a
report on Labor Housing for the construction of their
first hotel in South Kohala which is being submitted in
compliance with "Condition Q" , Ordinance 380, as amended
by Ordinance No. 607 , adopted on July 23, 1980 , with
regard to providing temporary quarters for the construc-
tion workers.
40 . 1: From Planning Director Sidney Fuke dated January 22, 1981,-
submitting comments on Communication 40;
recommends Council accept the Labor Housing Report as submitted by
Mauna Lani Resort, Inc. on condition that the recommendations as
outlined in the Planning Director' s communication (C-40 . 1) are
complied with.
