From Councilman Takashi Domingo dated February 17 , 1981,
submitting proposed changes to the Waimea Design Plan,
which includes all changes recommended by the Planning
Commission, the Waimea-Kawaihae Community Association
and residents in the area;
recommends passage of Bill 727 on first reading to adopt the Waimea
Design Plan with revisions, as contained in the errata sheet
submitted by the Planning Committee Chairman; and that said bill be
referred back to Committee for further review before final reading.
