n Comm. 165: DEVELOPMENT OF A HALAU HULA REPERTORY - OLD
PALACE THEATRE
From Councilwomen Helene H. Hale and Merle K. Lai
dated March 4 , 1981, suggesting the development of
a Halau Hula Repertory in the old Palace Theatre to
give a boost to the tourist industry and to give an
incentive for private redevelopment of downtown;
recommends Council refer the communication to the Committee on
Economic Development for study and recommendation.
