From Councilwoman Helene H. Hale, dated June 22 , 1981,
suggesting that the Council update and use as guidelines,
the 1978 Policies and Directions of the Hawaii County
Council (C-815) , in evaluating the performance of
County departments on their progress towards these
goals since 1978;
recommends the Legislative Auditor be requested 'to update: the' 1978
Policies and Directions of the Hawaii County Council and
incorporate these in future departmental program review evaluations .
