FOR DEALING WITH PERIODIC DROUGHTS. . . .
From Andrew Levin, Representative, dated June 23 , 1981,
transmitting a copy of HR 629 which he introduced during
the last legislative session but died in Finance Committee.
Asks that he be provided with whatever information in
this regard which he feels would be of great value in
preparing legislation for the coming session;
recommends Council request administration to provide
Representative Levin with the information on long-range plans for
dealing with periodic droughts .
