Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Aon Comm. 375 : KAWAILANI HOUSELOT SUBDIVISION
From Paul A. Tom, Executive Director, Hawaii Housing
Authority, Department of Social Services and Housing, dated
July 7 , 1981, informing of their proposal to develop a
58-lot single family subdivision on State-owned land.,
identified as Tax Map Key Nom 2-4-12: 01 , Waiakea, Hilo.
Pursuant to Section 359-G-4 . 1 , Hawaii Revised Statutes,
submits the project and requests: (1) approval of the
zoning designation for the site as RS-10; and (2) approval
of roadway construction to County dedication standards for
full paved roadways;
recommends Council approve: (1) the zoning designation for the site
(TMK: 2-4-12: 01) as RS-10 _for HHA' s proposed Kawailani Houselot
Subdivision project; and (2) the roadway construction to County
dedicable standards for full paved roadways.
