JUL 2 0 20 - County of Hawaii is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer. • Traffic Code Amendments— South Kopua Road cont'd This amendment is related to the request to review and possibly revise the speed limit along South Kopua Road. A traffic study, completed in March 2017, justifies the increase to 35 mph. Due to the plan to increase the speed limit to 35 mph, the existing 25 mph entry in the Hawaii County Code needs to be deleted and a new 35 mph entry created. APPROVED 44P-Ami Frank J.
