Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 762: REZONING REQUEST - PUNA SHORES, INC.
4, (C-423) PONAHAWAI, SOUTH HILO
TAX MAP KEY 2-5-06:Portion of 61 (30 . 001 acres)
Amends Section. 7. 29 (The City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii
County Code, as amended, by changing the district
classification from Single Family Residential
(RS-15) to Single Family Residential (RS-10) at
Ponahawai, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 762 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (F) under Section 1 be relettered (G) .
(2) Condition (F) to read: "that all water runoff generated by the
proposed development shall be disposed on site by 'a drainage
system acceptable to the Department of Public Works;. "
(3) Section 2 be renumbered Section 3.
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance," 'thebrackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included. "
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 762 , as amended, on
second and final reading.
