Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
Bill 763: REZONING REQUEST - ROBERT -McINTOSH
.u, (C-424) KEAUHOU, NORTH KONA
TAX MAP KEY 7-8-05 : 42 (2.518 acres)
Amends Section. 7 . 02 (The North Kona Zone Map) ,
Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii
County Code, as amended, by changing the district
classification from Unplanned (U) to Single Family
Residential (RS-20) at Keauhou 2nd, North Kona;
recommends Bill 763 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (G) under Section 1 be r:elettd.red (H) .
(2) Condition (G) to read: "that all water runoff generated by the
proposed development shall be disposed on site by a drainage
system acceptable to the Department of Public Works; ",
(3) Section 2 be renumbered Section 3.
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included. "
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4.
Further recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 763, as amended, on
second and final reading.
