From Planning Commission. Chairman Bert H. Nakano
dated August 25 , 1981, submitting for adoption,, a
proposed bill' to change the district classification
from Multiple: Residential - 1, 000 square foot
(RM-1) to an Office Commercial - 20, 000 square foot
(CO-20) zoned district at Punahoa, South Hilo;
recommends Bill 766 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (I) under Section 1 be relettered (J) .
(2) Condition (.I) to read: ' "that all water runoff generated by the
proposed development shall bedisposed on-site by a drainage
system 'acceptable to the Department of Public Works; "
(3) Section 2 be renumbered Section: 3.
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material: to' be repealed is bracketed'. New
• material is underscored. 'In. pprinting 'this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need :not be included. "
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4
Further recommends Bill 766, as revised, be passed by the Council on.
first reading.
