(Bill 780) HOUSE, INC.
LANIHAU, NORTH KONA
TAX MAP KEY 7-5-04 : 12 (41, 031 sq. ft. )
From Planning Commission Chairman Bert H. Nakano
dated September 11 , 1981, submitting for adoption,
a proposed bill to change the district classification
from Resort-Hotel 1, 250 square foot (V-1. 25) to a
General Commercial - 7 ,500 square foot (CG-7 . 5)
zoned district at Lanihau, North Kona.
Informs they have no objections if the Council amends
the draft ordinance to impose drainage conditions;
recommends Bill 780 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (C) under Section' l be relettered '(D)
(2) Condition (C) to read: "that all water runoffgenerated by the
proposed development shall be disposed ori-site by a drainage
system acceptable to the 'Department of Public Works; "
(3) Section 2 be renumbered Section 3.
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material to' be repealedis bracketed. New
material 'is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material', and' underscoring need 'not be included. "
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
Further recommends Bill 780, as revised, ba passed by the Council on
first reading.
