(Bill 781) KAINALIU VILLAGE, LEHUULA. 2nd, NORTH KONA
TAX MAP KEY 7-9-07 : 64 (32 , 926 sq. ft. )
From Planning Commission Chairman Bert H. .Nakano dated
September 11, 1981, submitting for adoption, a proposed.
bill to change the district classification from a
Single Family Residential - 7 ,500 square foot (RS-7 . 5)
to a Village Commercial - 7 ,500 square foot (CV-7 . 5)
zoned district at Kainaliu Village, Lehuula 2nd, North
Kona.
Informs they have no objections if the Council amends
the draft ordinance to impose drainage conditions;
recommends Bill 781 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (F) under Section 1 be relettered (G) .
(2) Condition (F) to read: "that all water runoff generated by the
proposed development shall be disposed of by a drainage system acceptable
to the .Department of Public Works; "
(3) Section. 2 be renumbered Section 3 .
(4) Section. .2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included. "

(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
Further recommends Bill 781, as revised, be passed by the Council
on first reading.
