TAX MAP KEY 2-3-37 : 130 and 134 (19 , 800 sq. ft. )
From Planning Commission Chairman Bert H. Nakano
dated October 2 , 1981 , submitting for adoption, a
proposed bill to change the district classification
from a Single Family Residential - 10 , 000 square foot
(RS-10) to a Limited Industrial-20 , 000 square foot
(ML-20) zoned district at Waiakea House Lots, Waiakea,
South Hilo.
Informs they have no objections if the Council amends
the draft ordinance to impose drainage conditions;
recommends Bill 793 be amended as follows :
(1) Condition (G) under Section 1 to read: "that all water runoff
created by the proposed development shall be [confined to the subject
property] disposed of by a 'drainage system acceptable to the Department
of PublicWorks; "
(2) Section 2 be renumbered Section 3.
(3) Section 2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not 'be included. "

(4) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
Further recommends Bill 793 , as revised, be passed by the Council
on first reading.
