(Bill 795) WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS, 1st Series, SOUTH HILO
TAX MAP KEY 2-4-11: 166 (1 Acre)
From Planning Commission Chairman Bert H. Nakano dated
October 5 , 1981 , submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to changethe district classification from Single
Family Residential - 15 , 000 square foot (RS-15) to a
Single Family Residential - 10, 000 square foot (RS-10)
zoned district at Waiakea Homesteads , 1st Series ,
South Hilo.
Informs they no have objections if the Council amends

the draft ordinance to impose drainage conditions;
recommends Bill 795 be amended as follows:
(1) Condition (E) under Section 1 be relettered (F) .
(2) Condition (E) to read: "that all water runoff generated by the
proposed development shall be disposed of by a drainage system
acceptable to the Department 'of Public Works; " .
(3) ' Section 2 be renumbered Section 3 .
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets ,
bracketed 'materi'al, and und'ersc'oring need' 'not be included. "
.
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4 .
Further recommends Bill 795 , as revised, be passed by the Council
on first reading.
