Your Committee on Planning to which was referred:
"Bil1,. 766: REZONING REQUEST - JOSEPH OKUNA
(Revised) PUNAHOA, SOUTH HILO
TAX MAP KEY 2-3-12: 52 (7 ,123 square feet)
Amends Section 7 . 29 (The City of Hilo Zone Map) ,
Article 2 , Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii
County Code, as amended, by changing the district
classification from Multiple Family Residential
(RM-1) to Office Commercial (CO-20) at Ponahawai,
South Hilo.;
recommends Condition (I) under Section 1 of revised Bill 766 be amended
to read: "that all water runoff generated by the proposed development
shall be disposed of [on site] by a drainage system acceptable to the
Department of Public Works; " .
Further recommends Bill 766, as amended, be passed by the Council on
second and final reading
