From Planning Director Sidney M. Fuke dated December 9,
1981 ,, submitting for adoption, a proposed bill to change
the district classification from a Single Family
Residential - 10 , 000 square foot (RS-10) to a Single
Family Residential 7 ,500 square foot (RS-7 . 5) zoned
district at Kealakehe Homesteads, North Kona.
612. 1: From Planning Director Sidney M. Fuke dated December 9 ,
1981, informing they have no objections to include the
following condition in Bill No. 815 : "That all water
runoff generated by the proposed- development shall be
disposed on-site by a drainage - system acceptable to the
Department of Public Works, "
recommends Bill 815 be amended as follows :
(1) Condition (F) under Section 1 be relettered (G) .
(2) Condition (F) to read: "that all water runoff generated by the proposed
development shall be disposed of :by a drainage system acceptabl'e to the
Department of Public Works; "
(3) Section 2 be renumbered Section 3 .
(4) Section 2 to read: "Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material,
and underscoring need not be included. "
(5) Section 3 be renumbered Section 4. Comm. No.. � •
