From Planning Commission ..Chairman Bert H. Nakano
dated November 30, 1981, submitting for adoption, a
proposed bill to change the district classification
from a Single Family Residential - 10 , 000 square foot
(RS-10.) to a General Commercial - 7 ,500 (CG-7 .5)
zoned district at Waiakea, South Hilo.
0- 597. 1: From Planning Director Sidney M. Fuke dated January 19 ,
(Revised Bill 813) 1982 informing their department has no objections to
the following changes being made to the rezoning appli-
cation filed by Gordon Ishii and submits an amended
bill reflecting these changes:
(1) Amend the application to a General Commercial -
20 , 000 square foot - (CG-20) zoned district instead
of the requested General Commercial - 7 ,500 square
foot (CG-7. 5) zoned district.
(2) Amend proposed Condition A to read:
" (A) that the petitioner or his authorized repre-
sentative shall be responsible for complying with
all of the stated conditions, of approval; " .

Bill 813 , as revised, . be passed by the Council on first reading.
