From Planning Commission Chairman Bert H. Nakano dated
January 12, 1982 , submitting for adoption, a proposed
bill to change the district classification from an
Agricultural 1-acre (A-la) to a Village Commercial -
10, 000 square foot (CV-10) zoned district at Holualoa,
North Kona;
recommends Condition A unde . Section 1: of Bill 817 be amended to read:
" (A) that the petitioner [ , Captain Cook Investment Co. , Inc. ,] or his authorized
representative shall be responsible for complying with all of the stated
conditions of approval; " .
Further recommends Bill 817 , as revised, be passed by the Council on first
reading.
